What does Merge PDF do?
Merging combines several PDF files into one document — for example, putting a cover letter, résumé and certificates into a single file, or joining pages you scanned separately. The pages are copied as they are, so text, images and print quality stay exactly the same. Everything runs in your browser; your files are never uploaded.
How to use
- Click "Choose PDF files" or drag files onto the page. You can add more files later with "Add PDF".
- Drag the handle on the left of each file (or use ↑ ↓) to set the order. "Sort by name" sorts numbers naturally, so file 2 comes before file 10.
- To use only some pages of a file, enter them under "Pages", e.g.
1-3, 5. Leave it empty to include every page. - Enter a file name and click "Merge and download".

FAQ
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The PDF files are read and processed entirely in your browser with JavaScript. Nothing is sent to our server, so it also works for confidential documents.
Why is a password-protected PDF rejected?
Encrypted PDFs cannot be edited without the password. Open the file with its password in your PDF reader, save or print a copy without protection (if you are allowed to), then use that copy.
What happens to bookmarks, links and form fields?
The content of every page is kept, but the bookmarks panel (outline) is not carried over, and links that jump to other pages or fillable form fields may stop working. If you need a filled-in form, fill it in before merging.
Is there a size limit?
Each file can be up to 200 MB. Because the work happens in your device's memory, very large files (several hundred MB in total) can be slow, especially on phones.
